Tuesday, July 26 at 10:00 AM Dementia Friendly Communities – A place where people living with dementia are:
- Understood and respected
- Supported and included
- Living healthy active lives in the community
- Contributing to society in ways that are meaningful
Discuss how we can support people living with dementia, providing information about dementia, strategies to combat the stigma and resources.
