Description of the CAP Site

The County of Prince Edward County is funded by the Community Access Program (CAP). Thanks to the CAP program, in the past, we have provided hundreds of one-on-one computer tutorials, dozens of technology workshops, and created several webpages for small businesses.

Through the Community Access Program we have purchased many of our computer terminals as well as Internet Access. Our Internet Service Provider (ISP) includes: Vianet, Bell Sympatico, W3 Connex, KOS

Printing/Photocopy (Black & White)* - $0.20/page (10+)$0.15/page
Colour Printing/Photocopy** (Picton & Wellington only) - $1.00/page
Faxing (Wellington & Picton only) - $1.00/page add $0.50/page for long distance
Scanning (Picton only)

* Black & white printing free for school work (up to 10 pages).
** Colour print $0.50/page for school work
